  • Ginger Syrup 25ml
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • cold water
  • lemon slice
  • 5 mint leaves

  • Hand Shaker

Procedures

  • ice, yuzu puree, ginger syrup and shake them
  • add cold water and garnish
